Bababode O. Osunkoya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, as well as of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Directors.

Bababode has in-depth experience in business services, with particular focus on multidisciplinary offerings, encompassing Audit/Assurance, Tax and Advisory services.
Bababode is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Reporting Accountants and Auditors in the Capital Market (ARACAM). He has attended numerous in-country and overseas courses, seminars, and Before the Partnership, Bababode established Bababode Osunkoya & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1994, and brought to Abax-OOSA Professionals twenty-one years of post-qualification experience in Audit, Accountancy, Taxation and Business and Financial Advisory services.
Bababode is a 1984 Accounting graduate of the University of Lagos. He commenced his training with the firm of Z O Ososanya & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1985. He is a frequent contributor to industry events.
He enjoys mentoring, photography and community development.
